Free standard domestic shipping on orders of $30 or more. Just add $30 or more of merchandise to your cart and we'll do the rest! When you checkout, shipping charges will be automatically deduced from your final total.
Returns
Great customer service is our number one priority at theluckypair.com. We recognize that you might have the need to exchange your purchase for a different size or style. With that in mind, we have made the following guidelines with respect to returns and exchanges that comply with government health regulations:
- All returns or exchanges must be made with the first 14 days upon receipt of your initial order.
- We can only accept returns/exchanges in their original packaging with all the tags intact. Items must be unopened, unworn, and not laundered.
- Government health regulations prohibit us from accepting returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or laundered.
- Sale or closeout items are non-returnable.
- You must guarantee that the returned package gets to us, so we recommend that you insure packages with delivery confirmation.
- You will be responsible for postage/shipping charges for the return delivery of your exchanged items, at a rate of $4.95, or additional charges if they apply, billed to your credit card, even if you were not charged on your initial order.
